Mood board is a broad overview of the general styling theme. This will help you visualize the general color scheme, patterns and textures that will be considered for creating individual style boards.

Style board is collection of digital images prepared based on the finalized mood board, it is to represent a complete ensemble to help you visualize the entire look with clothes and accessories that may complement the visual appeal.

When shall I expect the feedback from The Number Nineteen?

After you reach us, you should receive a confirmation email. Once you reply to that email with brief information on your requirement, you shall expect feedback within 24-48 hours.

How does the process work?

Here are the steps that follow,

  1. You will receive an email with a questionnaire.
  2. You respond to the questionnaire.
  3. We will submit a detailed quote based on your responses.
  4. After you agree and pay, we begin the styling process.
  5. We prepare mood boards based on your response and share with you for your approval.
  6. After your approval, we proceed to prepare style boards.
  7. We share the style boards with you for your approval.
  8. You can either approve the style boards or request a revision.
  9. he final step is usually via a Zoom call to complete the assignment.
Do you also support coordinating the purchase of the look, shipping, delivery?

We can recommend you options for purchase, however we do not handle shipping / delivery as we are not affiliated with any brand. This helps us remain unbiased and offer solutions that are always in your best interest.

How much time does it take from purchase to access to a style?

It depends on the requirement, occasion, and the amount of the work necessary. It will vary greatly for each assignment. Once we have some initial information from you, we will be able to provide an estimated timing.

We are based out of United States and work on Eastern Standard Time (EST). If your communication is received outside of EST working hours, you can expect feedback on the following working day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund. This is a one-time purchase as opposed to subscription, so once you purchase our work already begins on the assignment.
